What is dyslexia? What makes somebody dyslexic? What are an dyslexic persons strengths and weaknesses? What are some famous examples of dyslexics?
There are so many myths and questions about Dyslexia. Often people assume that dyslexic people just read words backwards or turned upside down. As a matter of fact, over half the population has no clue what dyslexia is about.
But don’t worry if you are not quite sure what dyslexia is about. This website is here to not only give information and facts on dyslexia, but to also provide additional resources such as useful websites, book and podcast recommendations, inspiring quotes and even our very own customised reading in 15 different languages!
What is our Customised Reading?
Our Customised reading makes reading easier. People with dyslexia and other reading barriers can customize their experience to suit their learning style. My goal was also to make our customised reading service more authentic and human than other reading services. So I decided to ask my friends to help me record as many short story videos as possible to share with readers across the globe. I also told them to have their finger follow the words they are reading to make it easier for struggling readers to follow.
So far, with the help of my team, we have managed to upload numerous short stories in over 15 languages! And hopefully many more in the future!
“If anyone ever puts you down for having dyslexia, don’t believe them. Being dyslexic can actually be a big advantage, and it has certainly helped me.”– Richard Branson, CEO
